1. How can I place an order?
- You can place an order by adding the items you want to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping and payment information.
2. Can I change or cancel my order later?

Return and Exchange
1. How can I return an item?
- If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@truekanak.de to receive a return form. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
- The return costs are to be borne by the customer unless it is an error on our part.
3. When will I receive my refund?
- Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
